We have a special program that we have convened for fifteen years.  It is focused on helping the President/CEO identify the best actions and options.  Over 70 companies have benefitted from this program and the wealth of experience our Mentor Donor members bring to the table.

It is called Inflection Point

In it, we assemble a team of four or five members that meet with a company’s CEO and provide guidance to help them on their journey to success. We expect absolutely no compensation other than the feeling of satisfaction in helping.

What kind of companies are eligible?

Companies that need a fresh, outsiders look at an issue, including:

      • Expansion options via new channels, products, partnerships or organic growth
      • Organizational evolution — shaping the team and operating harmony for the next stage
      • New competitive threats
      • Merger, acquisition or exit opportunities
      • Just stuck!

Additional qualifying criteria:

The entrepreneur is working full time in the business, acknowledges the need for help and has committed the time on their end, and the company has:

      • At least three employees or heavily committed “1099’s” working with the President/CEO
      • Revenue from at least three companies or multiple consumers, confirming the viability and appeal of the offering
      • Registered as a legal business entity (LLC, S or C Corp)
      • A sales presentation (PPT)
      • Business Model Canvas or “One-Pager” based on some level of customer discovery and an understanding of their product-market fit
      • A website

What you will do if selected:

      • CEO/President attends 3 – 4 two-hour sessions with our panel (first and last in person, others Zoom optional)
      • Be responsive to additional questions that may surface during the panels, forthright about your descriptions of the business and its components, and open to any recommendations forthcoming
